Large Group Surcharges
Groups of over 10 people take more time to arrange during the wedding, and for photography and/or videography after. A coordination fee of $195 is required for all parties of more than 10 people; and $395 for groups of over 20 people (incl. the bride & groom). This includes additional photography time, and for groups of over 20 people additional staff to help set everyone up for the photos. These Group Surcharges include an additional 1/2 to 1 hour of professional photography time, respectively. Groups of 10 people and under do not incur a surcharge.
