Groups of over 10 people take more time to arrange during the wedding, and for photography and/or videography. A coordination fee of $195 is required for all parties of between 11-19 people, incl. the bride & groom; and $395 for groups of 20 people and over. This includes additional photography time, and for groups of over 20 people additional staff to help set everyone up for the photos.
The above Group Coordination Fees include additional group photos that are specific to larger groups and that we would normally not take.
