A $500 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and your 7 night stay at the Kauai Country Inn. The balance is due on your wedding day. Slightly higher deposits for stays longer than 7 nights. We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as payment methods.

Groups of over 10 people take more time to arrange during the wedding, and for photography and/or videography. A coordination fee of $195 is required for all parties of between 11-19 people, incl. the bride & groom; and $395 for groups of 20 people and over. This includes additional photography time, and for groups of over 20 people additional staff to help set everyone up for the photos.
The above Group Surcharges include an additional 1/2 to 1 hour of professional photography time, respectively.

Please note that there is a $50 drive out travel fee to all North & South Shore locations. We require this fee because it covers additional travel time for our staff. This fee is waived for weddings on Kauai's East Shore.
